Free pickup across Metro Detroit and Southeast Michigan. For locations further out across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana, pickup is still free at no charge. We cover shipping costs on lots of 25 units or more for sites outside the tri-state area. We schedule around your team's availability, including after-hours and weekend pickups when needed.

ACH transfer, check, or wire — whichever works for your accounting team. Payment terms are confirmed when we agree on the offer, so there are no surprises. Payment goes out fast after equipment receipt and count.

What is the minimum quantity?+

10 units per transaction across all device categories. Mixed lots — laptops plus tablets, for example — count toward the minimum together.

How fast can I get a quote?+

Same day in most cases. Submit your inventory list before noon Eastern and expect a response by end of business. Large or complex lots may take until the following morning.

Do you offer free pickup?+

Yes. Free pickup across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. For locations outside that footprint, we cover shipping costs on lots of 25 units or more. We schedule around your team's availability, including after-hours and weekend pickups when needed.

What payment methods do you offer?+

ACH transfer, check, or wire depending on what works for your accounting team. Payment goes out fast after equipment receipt and count. ACH is fastest for organizations that need to reconcile quickly.

Will my offer change after pickup?+

No. Your offer is locked before pickup. We do not conduct a secondary inspection that leads to deductions after the fact. The only exception is equipment that was materially misrepresented in the original inventory list.
